OMC Couplings according to API RP 1004 for bottom loading arms
OMC is committed to safeguarding the environment by designing a series of valves and couplers to limit leaks and improve the work experience of operators.
The API RP 1004 quick couplings, commonly referred to as dry-disconnect couplers, are an integral part of our production range and constitute an efficiency in the tank connection process.
The particular design perfected by OMC makes them handy, ergonomic and easy to use. The installation of the API RP 1004 dry-disconnect couplers is easy to perform and takes place by simply connecting the TTMA flange with which it is equipped with the relative counterpart installed on the loading arm or on the flexible hose.
The valves used on OMC loading arms have diverse main sealing materials suitable for different purposes of use, including Viton® (FKM) for “bio” or low-temperature products and Kalrez® (FFKM) for particularly aggressive fluids.
OMC Swivel Joints
OMC offers a diverse range of swivel joints adaptable to different rotation types. Materials range from aluminum and normalized carbon steel to stainless steel and high-performance superalloys such as Duplex and Hastelloy. Each component undergoes rigorous quality testing following UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standards, ensuring safety, reliability, and long-lasting performance.
